This is your own personal journey. Try not to get caught up into too much comparison. 

Work on getting the protein in, more water, and if possible get some walking in.  

If you still feel stuck you could see your centers dietician or share what you are eating for others to possibly suggest changes.  

Also remember to be kind to yourself.  Think of all of the positive changes you are making.

Seven pounds in two weeks is EXCELLENT weight loss.  3.5 pounds per week... you are doing great!  Stop comparing your weight loss with others.  They are not living in your body with your metabolism.  Just keep working your program and you WILL lose the weight.

Actually it was all in the first week. I didn't loose in the second week. I think it may be because they started me on soft foods to early or because I have not been getting enough water and protein as suggested. I am going to try upping those. And I just figured out its not my lady time. weird spotting I guess. I know its not exercise because I do 1.5-2.5 miles per day or I indoor cycle for 30minutes 300 cal 8 miles. Thank you.
