I don't understand why the scale is doing this, it's driving me crazy. I excercise, eat what I am supposed to. Protein is always atleast 60, water atleast 64 oz and carbs 30g or under. Help!!

64oz of water was not enough for me. If I can get 84 or more the scale starts moving again.

Be patient, take a deep breath and relax. If you are really doing what you are supposed to be doing, it will move again. I promise! Just because the scale isn't moving doesn't mean nothing is happening. Just make sure that you are getting your water and exercise in. I have found those to be key in avoiding stalls. Both of my long stalls happened when I was too sick to go to the gym.

At 8 weeks I stalled for 3 whole weeks then the scale suddenly dropped eight pounds.  It seems that our bodies are fighting to keep our fat on us until it realizes that we just aren't eating enough to keep those pounds.  Once you get past this you should see a consistent drop each week.  Try not to stress over it.  It seems everyone goes through this stall.  I also had another stall at about 9 months.  Just keep following your portion sizes and these stalls will pass.  Good luck.

It will move again.... don't worry. My only thoughts are 60 is the low end of protein. Maybe try upping your protein, and don't be afraid of some fats... you need them.
