my stomach never feels good anymore?

my stomach never feels good anymore?The last fewweeks my stomach hasn't been feeling so well. I'm always gassy. Very smelly too. I have diarrhea all the time. I stay nauseous all the time. My belly is very uncomfortable. I have stopped eating cause I don't have an appitate anymore. Everything that i put in my belly makes me sick. Water lately has made me get sick. I have tummy aches all the time. I don't know what to do any mire. I use to have some stomach issues in the past but I'm not sure what's wrong thIs time. I'm miserable and don't feel good What's wrong with me?

 P.s. i no longer have a gallbladder 

you should really try to see your doctor maybe your stomach sick because your not eating and well they may give you meds to settle your stomach so you will  eat and feel better ,   either way  please don't just let it go   when you don't  eat  or hold anything down you can become very dehydrated and add a lot more troubles which you don't need ,   your doctor is the best  to  see I believe   I do hope you feel better soon

See a doctor. 

Could be so many things. You made need antibiotics, probiotics, who knows?  Could be allergies and post nasal drip.  Hopefully nothing serious, but I think after a couple weeks, you definitely need to call your doctor.  Good luck and I hope you feel better.

You should call your surgeon.  I was treated for an ulcer a few weeks after surgery because I went from feeling ok to feeling sick all of the time.  Carafate worked wonders for me.  Feel better soon.  xoxo
