words of encouragement

 I am 3 years out from having my gastric bypass and I haven't been on here in a long time,busy working,but I just wanted to tell all of you on here that are waiting to get their surgery or just had it done, for me it was the best thing I have ever done in my life so hang in there and enjoy the new you:)

I will add to that!  I am 13 years out and it was the BEST decision I ever made... :)  Not always an easy road, but definitely worth the fight!!!
