Congrats on the win. Beautiful day today, a little breezy, but I like it that way.
No sports for us this time of year, my almost 15 yo plays field hockey though, I wish she would do a spring sport as well.
Waiting for my sister and 2 cousins to show up for a cup of tea. Not really a tea, just it is my last week home so some girl time. I did buy some Walkers Shortbread for them. I will not partake.

Chilly in the Texas panhandle, too. And raining !! Raised three athletic sons ( 2 of them are now coaches) and I used to hate Saturday's because there were so many games to attend. But wouldn't trade those good times !
superstitions ?? I definetly knock on wood, never walk under ladders, pick up a heads up penny, horseshoe on tool shed is pointed up, eat cabbage and black-eyed peas on New Years, wear school colors on game day......I guess I have a lot of superstitions !!
I have been sick with esophageal ulcers/reflux and am not eating very healthy right now but as soon as I feel better.....back on track it is.......my planned eats for today are
breakfast.......banana
lunch.............brisket and trimmings (if it tastes good)
dinner............homemade veggie soup
snacks...........fruit
I hope everybody has a healthy eating day !
Did 90 minutes in the pool at my sons YMCA this morning.... Some of those 80-90 year old women can kick butt... And I can tell you because they have no shame in the locker room there skin and chest aren't as saggy as a WLS patient... LOL.
