Clothes-What did you do with your "old" clothes

I recently tried on every single thing that I own...98% of it does not fit anymore. I put everything into garbage bags and they are just sitting in my closet, which is now mostly empty hangers. I am curious what others have done with their clothes that no longer fit?  I am having a garage sale this summer so I thought about trying to sell them and make a few $ to spend on clothes that actually DO fit.

I sold a few things on Craigslist and at a couple yard sales, but the majority of the things went to Goodwill and some church charities.

I donated everything.  Big sizes in mens clothes are pretty uncommon at thrift stores so I'm sure someone thought it was Christmas.  :)

Haha!  I just looked up a post I made elsewhere when I donated basically everything.  I walked into the thrift store with: 49 shirts, 10 pairs of pants, 3 pairs of shorts, and a suit jacket.

I really liked the site another OBH person turned me on too. ThredUp.  Its basically an online consignment store.  They send you a bag for free, and then you send them your best stuff, they post it and sell it on consignment, then they give you money.  Ive bought some cute stuff from them too.  Then I donated the rest.
