Are you getting your calcium in? Your body robs calcium from your bones (including teeth), to have adequate serum levels for different body functions such as your heart. That is why a serum calcium level is useless for bone health. A dexascan gives bone health results.
We absorb calcium citrate the best and need between 1500-2000 mg daily. We can absorb 600 mg at a time and need to space doses out at least 2 hrs apart, especially from iron doses.
