3 weeks out...is a plateau normal at this point?
I had my RNY on 4/9/15. I lost about 9lbs pre-op liquid diet 4/2-4/9. I have lost a total of 30lbs total since 4/2. My question: I haven't lost anything in 5 days now, is that normal? I'm struggling a bit getting in my full water/protein numbers, but get better each day and I make sure to walk. I track everything in my FitBit and I'm essentially eating straight protein (mostly canned seafood, deli meat, cheese, Premier Protein shakes, Isopure clear drinks)....no straight carbs or fruit. I guess I find it odd to get stuck so soon and wonder if this is normal?
