Welcome! Yeah, I find I still struggle with getting my water in sometimes. I really like the Crystal Light Mandarin Orange Iced Tea drops, so that helps.

Sounds like everyone had a nice weekend. Mine was slow, we only got a little rain here on Sat, but it was dark and overcast all day. Hopefully we'll get a few more spring showers before summer fully kicks in. I have been craving junk food lately and it's killing me. I want to eat nachos with that cheese out of the can like all day every day. I'm wondering if I should just give in and have a small portion or if that's a cop out? I'm going to try and eat very high protein low carb today and hopefully that'll get the craving in check. It usually helps.

Good morning everyone. I had a really nice weekend. It was quiet, which is just the way I like it. Had the chance to get a bunch of little chores done that have been bugging me. The weather today is spectacular. It is sunny and supposed to get to 75 degrees. Heaven for this time of year.

E: Was going to the gym, but so beautiful out that I will walk a couple of miles after work

Hello!! Long time but I got NEWS! As of April 19th, from the first time I stepped foot in my Surgeon office (feb 2014) I have lost 100 lbs.
I am just beyond excited and thankful and slightly manic. I celebrated with a minor shopping trip that included VS. I am becoming a frequent flyer. Then last week my baby girl graduating in June and was accepted to William Peace University, if that wasn't exciting enough she got an email from their softball coach that had signing papers in the the attachment. Oh my Gosh!! My kid playing college softball. People...
WHEW.. so I have been ok with eating and really good with water/vitamin intake. We have tons of end of year stuff starting, senior night this week (tears galore) prom was saturday so I cooked for them.. anyway. My weight is stable but I feel a little out of control.
