Iron question !

My Serum Iron number was 63 range 30-160. My Nut said that's fine just keep taking 4 Perfect Iron 1 1000  Vit C which I took for 10 weeks had labs done. I upped it to 6 pills to get number up do you think that is ok if she said to just keep taking 4 ?I go back in July it will be be 18 month then since Surgery.My RBC Folate is high 1129 range 280-791 said was fine so I don't know how to bring number down.

You should ask your PCP. I ended up having to have iron infusions. It is very hard to get iron levels where they need to be. I tried so hard to do it on my own. I was having such heavy periods at the tome also.
