hunger
You may be thirsty. Many times when i am thirsty - it feels like hunger. Even 7 years post opp.
Drink more water, warm tea, proteins.

Thank you for echoing what I have thought lately about my own cravings.
I've also found that my hunger gets much worse if I slack on vitamins. I was starving last week for a couple of days so I upped my multi-vitamin to three each day for three days and I feel much more stable again.
thanks for all the repiles, very helpful, the thirst i believe will be my first step, since i dont think i ever get enough water. i hope my hunger dident come back yet, im not ready for that. also i do need to work out more, having a 2 yr old and sittin home all day dont help much. i love this fourm, thanks for being here....
