What a cool idea to share recipes!  And, your pic looks great - you look great and the foundation doesn't look like the wrong color :)

Good Morning Everyone!

No picture from me today either...I did try this morning, but I was in a rush and when I looked at it to send to myself it was a total blur (I didn't even realize I was moving when I shot it, lol...I too am selfie challenged).  No big exciting weekend plans for me other than some serious house cleaning/laundry/etc.  When I have a nice weekend day to do all that though and my music's blasting and I kind of just putz around the house, sometimes it can be very theraputic...it's like I get my whole life in order before the week starts and I feel calm and relaxed.   Also, I am planning on going grocery shopping since I have eaten out almost every day this week, which is never good planning.

Time since surgery: 14.75 months

B - Lean Cuisine Egg white sandwich

L - Jimmy John's Turkey Club Unwich (1/2) with a pickle

S - I have these See's candy chocolate balls that are in my desk and calling my name.  Luckily they are small and rich so 1 (or 2 max) will totally kill this chocolate craving

D - TBD, going out with friends

W/V - On track

E - A nice long hour long walk at lunch and then I really want to try this new workout video a friend gave me it's called Body By Simone and it's suppose to make your butt look amazing.  I will note, the friend who gave it to me has a very perky butt, so I want to do it for 2 weeks straight and see if can lift this droopy backside of mine :)  Fingers crossed

For sure!  I will keep you posted.  I'm thinking if I do it every single day for two weeks, i would see some difference (lift/roundness, something).  I'm going to attempt to take "before and afters" of my booty so I can be more scientific about it :)

Well I can't figure out how to put the saved image from my scale this morning but I am finally in ONEder land!!! I broke the 200lb barrier for the first time in about 10 years weighing in at 197.6  I am impatiently waiting on my shipment from Quest to be delivered because I am down to one bar for tomorrow!  They said it was going to be here yesterday and then changed it to today. It appears my Chike coffee that I ordered from SupplementWarehouse because of the great price is coming via a slow boat from China  My plans for the weekend include going to see my dad each morning at the nursing home in the morning like I do each day (I participate in his rehab with him but there is no rehab on the weekends) - going to the gym and I am in the process of taking all my clothes that no longer fit, cleaning them, putting them in storage..taking clothes that fit me out of storage and organizing them in my closet and dresser drawers. Nothing too exciting.

B1- Chike Protein Coffee

B2- L&F Greek Yogurt Salted Caramel

Lunch- Quest Chocolate Peanut Butter & String Cheese

S1- Quest Chips (if they are delivered today!)

Dinner- Daisy 2% Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup  and iceberg lettuce with Skinny girl basalmic vinegar dressing 4 TBSP

S2- KIND Mini Bar

W/V- Both are well underway    Exercise-  2 miles on the treadmill (done)   Calories- 767  Carb- 66g  Fat-18g  Protein-95g   Hope everyone has a great weekend!

So I've never posted an this thread before, but I do read it often to get food ideas. I'm 12 weeks out yesterday, and my surgeon only wants us to be eating twice a day, although she would prefer once. I hate protein drinks, so it's a struggle some days.

I wanted to post because I have the best weekend/week coming up. My son turns 18 tomorrow and I am taking him on a Caribbean cruise leaving Sunday. I'm nervous about the eating and protein, as well as hydration while I'm gone. My pouch is really tight, so I'm not worried so much about overeating, just don't want to get sick at a bad time, or not be able to hit my goals. I won't have access to myfitnesspal because internet onboard is crazy expensive and not worth it. I won't be able to weigh for a week, which will be weird for me, but ok. I will be happy if I maintain through the week.

Breakfast: pure Protein shake

Lunch: Cottage cheese

Dinner: Danon triple zero yogurt
