and I am nervous they will not be happy with my progress.  I am 5 months out and down 54 lbs.  I was a lapband revision and when I had surgery I was not really able to eat much of anything due to the band being so tight.  I just came off a month long stall and lost two lbs the last week (15 lbs  total the last three months), but it is painfully slow now even with working out 4-5 times a week for 45 minutes and eating 850 calories a day. I think they only "expected" me to lose another 30 lbs due to the revision, but I really want to lose around 50 more and I am feeling a bit defeated. Will the weight loss ever pick up again? I see the inches coming off but the weight has to join at some point too right?

54 pounds in five months is excellent, especially for a revision.  The weight will probably never came off quickly again, but if you stick to your plan, you will lose the weight eventually.
