Fruit ? for the vets

6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
I have PCOS. I have to eat very similar to you (i.e. a diabetic) and my diabetic husband.
On-eating wrong and low calorie and gaining weight. I have tested myself numerous time. I do ONE fold over sandwich (i.e one piece of normal bread) per day and I will GAIN weight. The wrong kind of carbs (rice, pasta, wheat, white sugar potatoe) are just not in the cards for me.
What doesnt stall or cause me to gain weight carb wise is 4 oz of wine, strawberries, blue berries, black beans and quinoa. I will stall with quinoa but I do not gain.

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
I'd stick with the strawberries although I would eat them in moderation, not every day.

I was told no berries with seeds of any kind until 3 months out, since the seeds can go into the staples.
