I'm Stuck !!! HELP!!!
You keep following your plan. You weigh your portions, make sure your eating hasn't crept up, and it will work out.

You didn't say how long your stall has been... some people say it's not a real stall until it's over a month. In my book...because I am still less than a year and have a lot to lose still, consider anything 2 weeks or more a stall. My worst was in month one and it lasted 3 1/2 weeks, and I have had 2 more 2 week stalls.... it happens. My only thought is change up what you are eating, sometimes we get into a food rut and don't be afraid of fat... you need some of that too. We try to figure out what we are doing wrong and maybe it is nothing.

I understand but my calorie count and food selections haven't changed ... I'm not a super meat eater and the scale isn't always available... I'm not doing anything outside my plan except I can't get all protein from meats because I don't like it anymore ... So I have to use additional means to get protein because vegetables and fruit alone is not working ...
Hopefully the stall will disappear soon
