Breakfast: How important is "the most important meal of the day?"

Of course... Your body doesn't care whether it is liquid or start out solid (and then you chew it to an almost-liquid).

That is what I wondered, too.  I am not a veteran.  Maybe one of them will answer this question.

I tried to eat breakfast -even as protein drinks. But but pouch hates moning.  And since I eat late at night-to prevent middle of teh night or morning BS crushes, I now have the luxury of not eating until noon or after...  That works best for me... I am seldom hungry before noon - but I do drink a lot of liquids - water, coffee, tea, in the morning hours.

If i try t eat early - I may get nausea, pain or other issues...  my weight is rather stable and i am in maintenance....

I usually have a protein shake and coffee for breakfast. I have tried eating a egg and a piece of turkey bacon but I dont think my pouch is awake yet. Yuck!
