Almost 4 weeks out and feeling weak

I try to get 60 grams of protein a day and I take a chewable multi vitamin. I do a lot of walking during my work week but when I stand still for a while, I get weak and have to sit down. I try to drink a lot of water and try to hit the 64 oz's a day but I know some days I come up short. My Dr put me on three weeks of liquids now three weeks of puréed. Then I skip the soft foods and go to regular foods. So I know my stomache is pretty gentle and I'm not pushing it. :)
Thanks everyone for your support and encouragement. I feel comfort knowing that sometime in the near future I will gain my strength back.
Are you taking sublingual b12? I am 3 weeks out and if i forget my b12 it is rough. Our vitamin regimin in the program I am in is ... sublingual b12, 2 flinstone chewables, and 3 calcium citrate chews.
I'm 7.5 weeks out and still get tired easily just standing around. Walking is easier for some reason. I had bad fatigue until about two weeks ago; now I just get tired and have to sit down pretty often but can keep doing something if needed. I am feeling better every week. I don't know if the B12 is a factor but I do take it every day. I hope it helps you too :)
