ISO Tea

Why wouldn`t it be safe? Have you looked at the ingredients? If it's the IASO teas, I believe they are all natural herbs and ingredients........you can always check with your doctor but unless you have an allergy to one of the ingredients...........it's just herbal tea......
Have you monitored your intake of food to see if you are relying too heavily on bad carbs, etc. rather than following your initial plan of dense proteins first, then veggies, then maybe some good carbs....... We all tend to fall back to the easier stuff the farther out we get, so that might be a starting point for you.....
There are lots of "natural herbs and ingredients" that are poisonous, addictive, or otherwise damaging. So I wouldn't assume something is safe just because it touts being "all natural."
