Hi Everybody,

I got on line and saw that the post wasn't up and thought I would start it.  I hope AV won't mind. 

I have now lost 101.4 pounds.  I am so happy.  Secretly it makes me want to exercise to lose more.  I am still obsessed with getting those 10,000 or more steps in daily.  My new daily goals for steps is 12,000. 

I don't have a daily question for you all.  Sorry

6 months since wls

B  4 sl turkey bacon

L  rotissorie chicken 3oz

D  steak 3oz

S  steak 3oz, chicken 3oz, I am adding a fuzzy naval protein drink I did yesterday to but I didn't drink it

Cal  841, Prot 92, Carbs 1

V/W  started V, drinking lots of water

E  1.5 hours biking, .5 walking ?

Whoo hoo to 101.4 lbs!  You are doing great!  This has been a whirlwind of a day.  My Badgers lost a great game last night which made my daughter cry (seriously sobbing) but this morning is a new day.  We are all so proud of the players and coach and are just happy we got to go along for the ride.

I have an epic workout ahead of me tonight.  I will be at the gym for 2.5 hours.  First a 17 mile bike ride followed by 2800 m in the pool.  I will be exhausted when I am finished but I can sneak in some extra easter candy today ;)

Time since surgery: 9 months

B: SF Latte and Egg White Delight with 1.2 bun

S: Coffee

L: Leftover taco meat, refried black beans, and beanitos

S: Quest Bar

Post workout: EAS Carb Control Shake

D: More taco meat and beans

W/V: Started

E: Bike and Swim

I cried.  :)

 

B: Premier protein shake

L: taco soup, carrots

S: cheese and 1/2 grapefruit

D: chickfila - either grilled nuggets or half a wrap

S: yasso mint chocolate and fiber one chocolate

Water and vits - started

Ex: elliptical or treadmill 30 min and the other half of my strength training workout I didn't have time to finish yesterday.

That's my next goal.

Good Morning from rainy (finally!) CA!

Congrats again on your accomplishment :)

Time since surgery: 7 1/2 months

B: Starbucks latte, egg beaters, spinach, cheese and broccoli scramble with some strawberries and a clementine

L: P3 pack (turkey and peanut)

S: L&F Cherry yogurt with chia seeds and a tad granola

D: Trader Joes pizza veggie burger, small salad, string cheese and some egg whites

S: Thin Addictives Cinnamon raisin almond thins with a light swiss laughing cow wedge

Vitamins: Will start with breakfast

W: started

E: Gym day-60 mins of cardio

Totals: Cals : 1010 Protein: 69 Carbs: 86 Fat:36

Lots of great victories today guys! Congratulations!! Rainy stormy day here in Illinois today so Lily and I will probably not get a walk in. She just gets too nervous with the thunder and lightening. We got her a thundershirt and it does seem to be helping. I will do 3 miles at least on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the bike. Weight today at 118.8 and on track with fluids and vitamins. Here's the food: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with nuts and half a banana with peanut butter L 31/2 oz baked cod and 1/2 c sweet potatoes D 31/2 oz serving of meatballs with sauce 1/2 c sweet potatoes S Greek yogurt with granola. Have a great day everyone!

Today is my 9 month Surgiversary. I have lost 115lbs so far and have 52lbs to reach my goal. As part of the reflection for my anniversary, I am posting my food here for the first time!

B1- Chike Protein Coffee 

B2- L&F Greek Yogurt Strawberry Cheesecake 

 

Lunch- Quest Banana Nut Bar & String Cheese 

 

Dinner- Daisy 2% Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup  and iceberg lettuce with Skinny girl basalmic vinegar dressing 4 TBSP

 

Snack- Today has been wonky- none yet and don't know if I will get any in Numbers may change if I have a snack

 

Calories- 540 Carb- 49g Fat-12.5g Protein-72g Vitamins All Done Water 3/4 done Exercise - 1 hour walking  Everyone
