Leg Pain...

Greetings All!!! 

I have noticed some pain in my legs when I get up or even when I'm lounging ... Anyone else experienced this?? So weird ... 

On a lighter note- I am 27 pounds away from my goal of 150... April 22, 2015 ... I will be at 4 months... Yay!!

Sounds like you may need some magnesium/potassium

Omg I have been having aching leg pain off and on for two days! Feels like when you have the flu and your body aches. So weird!

Not getting enough fluids can cause leg cramps in addition to Iron, Magnesium or Potassium deficiency.

Is it achy and constant with relief from switching positions? Like does it hurt while you sit but you get some relief from standing or vice versa? I only ask because I'm in a research study through mayo clinic about restless leg syndrome after ryn. They believe a certain deficiency in us causes it, so it could potentionally be RLS?
