137 pounds lost - from a 24/26W to a size 8/10!
Friday is usually my good morning for posting on here, but still catching up with people and things from being away. My Non-Scale Victory is I am off my Blood Pressure Meds as of April 1st. I need to take my B/P at home AM and PM all month and then go back to the Doctor in beginning of May... and as long as it stays low.... I am off! Took it for the first time this AM with trepidation and it was low. Yeah!!
Edit: Forgot to add another NSV! Yesterday I was trying on bracelets and the person handing it to me was like "Wow you have tiny wrists" Ha! I have never been told I had tiny anything....
B: Coffee with half and half
L: Hard boiled egg sandwich on Ezekial bread. mayo, s and p.
S: Protein drink
D: Chipoltle Chicken and Black beans on lettuce wraps
S: ??
E: will get in- 45 min trampoline and lower body weight exercises, Vitamins in, Water: way behind... got to get going on it.

Thank you. I was just looking at your tagline.... and Wow! You had surgery after me and lost 160lbs already and are at goal. Good for you!. I have to ask.... How much did you lose pre-surg? I lost 25lbs. That is soooo wonderful. any tips to keep the scale moving? Things have definitely slowed for me, and I am not there yet.

Aww, thank you for the sweet compliment!! I lost just around 40 lbs pre-op- so I guess that makes 120 post (hadn't looked at the total lost in a bit!). I don't think I'm really doing anything special really. I am part OCD I think so I didn't break any of my plans first 6 month rules, no simple carbs (bread, pasta, rice, or anything of the sort). I religiously log my stuff on my fitness pal. I do 60 mins of cardio 3 times a week and a stationary stepper at home for 30 mins the other days. I also have a fitbit and have a goal to reach at least 10,000 steps and 5 miles a day.
In my opinion you are doing fantastic and keep up the good work!! If you are on my fitness pal you can friend me-my username is emiepie.
