What is the best iron to take, still trying to figure it out because iron is still low? Where can I get samples of Protein drinks before I buy one I like?

I really like the premier protein shakes. I know you can buy the in the 4 pack at Walmart vs a 12 pack at Sam's. I have the strawberry and cream and the chocolate both. I like them both. I have not tried the vanilla ones yet.

I take Sundown Perfect Iron. It uses the carbonyl form of iron which is highly absorbable and bioavailable to the body. Carbonyl iron has a much lower incidence of side effects, such as nausea and constipation. I purchase it on amazon.com (200 tablets each, pack of 4) for $19.16 plus $1.99 S & H currently.

I'm taking Sundown Perfect Iron now because ferritin was low, my Nut said take 4 with Vit C but still low. I'm waiting to hear back from her to tell me what to do.

I use Euro fur iron. I get my protein powder from Popeye's. They will let you sample any flavour in the store
