I made ground turkey with yummy-to-me spices (and some wine to keep it moist; the alcohol burns off while cooking) and put a little tomato paste to moisten it further. Melt some mozzarella string cheese on top for extra yum.

Blended meats help... your choice of type. Usually 1 serving is (beef) 4oz, 35 g; check the nutrition label or search engine for exact protein grams per ounce. Not sure if you are allowed to add stuff from stage 1 and stage 2 to help... I did, since some times stage 3 stuff was too much for my pouch to handle... even today I still eat for all the groups. Your choice.

I'm doing soft foods also. A few things I  eat a cheeseburger with no bun. Turkey chili. Chicken burger. Tuna salad. Egg salad. Cold cuts rolled with cheese. Still drink a protein shake every morning. I'll make an omelet some days. Lots of choices now that the puréed stage is over.

When you eat your cheeseburger, can you handle putting ketchup and pickles on it? I love burgers and have been wondering if I could eat one.

Veggie burgers are a good alternative, there are some low sugar ketchups and Pickles are easy to find. I liked turkey chili by crockpot, food for days.

Yeah I'll use ketchup but only a little bit. I'll also add a pickle, usually I buy the ones that are sliced thin for putting on burgers.
