Good Morning ladies!  It's a beautiful sunny morning here in the 'Cuse.  How's the weather by you?

So, apparently I ordered two boxes of Girl Scout cookies sometime in the winter, because they are sitting on my desk right now.  I love the lemon ones sooooo much and their siren song is calling me.  I must resist.  Maybe.  It's less than 60 calories for two of them, so I might have to make them fit.  At least I won't be eating the entire box in one sitting as I may have done pre-op.  Anyone else support the Girl Scouts?  LOL

B:  coffee with milk and a Click Mocha

S:  Muller 100 Greek yogurt in black cherry pomegranate because I didn't eat it yesterday

L:  1/2 a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar and an apple with Laughing Cow wedges

TOTALS:  Cals:  869  Protein:  70  Carbs:  111  (eeeek, but my fiber count is high so....)  Fat:  24

Have a great day!

Good morning!  It is a beautiful day in Wisconsin!  The high today is 71 degrees!  Hot damn!  Can't wait for my run this afternoon.  I also volunteered for Ironman Wisconsin this morning!  I didn't get exactly what I wanted but I was 20 min late for sign-up (LOL).  This is a huge step because the only way to get a spot in IM WI next year is to volunteer this year.  I'm still not sure I am ready for 140.6 miles in one day but I'm hoping I will be there by 09/2016!

Oh AV, I totally feel your girl scout pain.  I ordered some from my cousin's daughter, my friend's daughter and my hubbie ordered some from a co-worker's daughter and the neighbor girl!  Needless to say we bought more than one box from each!  I did manage to control myself but Caramel Delights (or Samoas - depending on where you live) are my all-time favorite and I may have had a few

Time since surgery: 9 months tomorrow!

Run 140.6 miles in one day?????  OMG......I would need a break if I was driving that many miles.  No way, no how could I walk or run that far.

Quite a challenge and I admire you but not following in your footsteps....LOL

How far do you run everyday? I can't even imagine doing that much in a day. A half marathon is a dream for me. I guess my next goal would have to be a 10 k. Maybe some day!

An Ironman is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, followed by a full marathon.  Thank god I won't have to run all 140.  Currently I run 2-3 times a week (I swim and bike the other days).  Right now I am in the beginning stages of training for my half ironman (70.3 miles) and I do 3-7 miles per run.  In a few months the mileage will increase significantly.  Ironman training is pure craziness.  If I decide I am ready I will have training runs of 20+ miles once a week.  Thank god I have a very supportive husband :)  A half marathon is an awesome goal.  Go for it!

Hi all!  This is my first post here.  I'm a sleever, but love your What's on Your menu posts.  I get such great ideas!  I ran my first 10k this past weekend and it was a blast!  Next up is a half marathon on May 10.  I think it's a great goal!!
