Please remember you need those vitamins... Low levels can bring on too many health problems, just to start... depression... Take care and keep reading all postings. If you cannot or there is no face-to-face support group... this can work for you too.

It might be easy to say, NOT TO DO, but get over it.  Just step over it.  There is an imaginary line (sometimes feels like a wall) but put one foot up, balance, other foot over...PHEW!!!  Made It!!  I am NOT making fun of you or light of your situation...It's just that it might be hard-wired into your genetic make up.  Mine was.  Let me explain. I am a real go-getter...Gung Ho at first on everything is great and I am going to do it all at the start...then...PLOP! drop that. I have started countless crochet projects over the years from sweaters to bedspreads.  I have 1 million beads that I was going to make necklaces with.  Art supplies, unfinished portraits, every color paint and  2 easels.  Enough cake decorating equipment to start a shop. Same thing with 80 different 'diets' that swear I gave 100% to, then.......

The very same scenario with this wls.  I knew 10000% that I was going to make this work.  And I did.  For months weight fell off.  Then, I stopped cold in doing everything I was doing right.  Boom. Done with that too.  But guess what? There was that wall.  My weight loss wasn't finished.  I still had at least 40 more pounds to go.  I sat on my hands and did NOTHING (not even my walking) for almost 3 months. I took a lot of self-convincing and talking to myself into it again until I FINALLY got my head wrapped around it. Then I Stepped over.  Suddenly, It wasn't too hard to guide myself back on track (with a LOT of help from this site!) Got back in the grove and took off the rest of the weight to now within 3 pounds of my goal weight of 125.  I figured out that 'Just Do It' has some deep motivation attached to it somehow.  Maybe now that you have had a little break you can find your grove again.  Oh, and by the way, I did finally finish that bed spread!
