Looking for weight loss support group in eastern washington

Does anyone know of any support groups in Eastern Washington. I am in the center of the State. Looking for something in the Ephrata, Soap Lake, Moses Lake area. I had gastric bypass in 2012 and am looking for a in person support group. Please and Thank you
