I would like to lose 7 to 10 pounds by summer, this program is getting good reviews.  Anyone try it?  I am 7 years out ETA.  Just need to get back into portion control..

It's a gimmick.  Paying close attention to portion sizes for everything and focusing on eating dense protein and limiting carbs will get you the same results (probably better) without having to buy anything, PLUS you will be reinforcing your ability to make healthy food choices and limit your portions without carrying around silly colored boxes!

Eating a healthy diet of protein first and sticking  with low carb would be your best choice.  Occasionally, I drink protein shakes all day, usually 3, then eat a healthy dinner.  I usually lose 5 lbs. doing that for 5 days.

I bought it pre WLS. It is Tupperware, with a meal plan of colored boxes. Get out your measuring cups and use your own storage plastic boxes. The exercise video, is supposedly good... my girlfriend is on her third 21 day cycle and although she feels she can do the exercises better, doesn't really see a difference in her body. I think beach body has good videos, I just think you are paying a lot for this package.
