A neck lift or lower face lift is the only thing that is going to get rid of turkey neck.  Anything else is snake oil ...

There are some laser treatments that are advertised as helping, but I would approach them with a healthy level of skepticism.  Surgery is your only sure option.

I KNOW THAT ONLY SURGERY WILL PERMANENTLY GET RID IF TURKEY NECK, I'D LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS FOUND A GOOD SERUM WHICH TIGHTENS IT UP FOR THE DAY!

Indeed surgery is the only sure fix, but unless and until you can do that, Dr Perricone makes a neck cream many of my clients and friends recommend. Can't hurt to try it! I'm about to order some myself.

I saw Dr Capella ( a Plastic Surgeon who also did Bariatric Surgery)  yesterday and he told me there is nothing that will help ecxept for surgery. He said that the Turkey neck is due to the skin in the face  sagging because of the weight loss.

Yes, clearly, but not an option for some.

I have a turkey neck too and I just read an article in Shape magazine (Jan/Feb) and it mentions new less invasive procedures.  One is called a microsuction, (like liposuction) thin fine tube inserted into a nearly invisable 1/4 in*****ision under chin and recovery is a matter of days and results are dramatic and permanent. Noninvasive laser or ultra sound treatments can also help, but not the best results and they need to be repeated yearly.  Otherwise, a neck lift is the only way to totally eliminate the turkey neck.  (I will consider the microsuction when the time comes.  Otherwise, will go the neck/face lift route.)  I am just using cream in the mean time. Good luck!
