What's on your menu this Tuesday, RNYers?
Good Morning Everyone,
Daisy, I like all of those topics. I don't really have any topics that I can think of off the top of my head, but as they come to me I will send them your way Anny. Here's a general question, I have this pinching sensation in my stomach the last two days (it feels like the pulling/pinching that would happen if you had stiches and they were being pulled apart, it's uncomfortable but not painful though). It's in the same spot and it's not constant...anyone have anything happen like that? I'm not super worried at this point, but might start to get worried if it doesn't go away...just curious if anyone else has experienced this. It's about 2" above my belly button and slightly to the left.
Time since surgery: 1 year, 1 wk
B - 2 scrambled eggs (I got up early this morning and decided to make myself a more formal breakfast than usual)
L - TBD (either a Panera power chicken hummus bowl or veggie chicken bowl from waba grill)
D - TJ run tonight, so either a Kale salad or meatloaf (more than likely)
S - Kind bar
W/V - I forgot my water bottle at home and have no drinking apparatus at the office, I think this is a first for me, I'm crazy about remembering my water bottle. I'm going to see if there's a styrofoam cup or something I can use at the drinking fountain...
E - I see yoga in my future
Hi Everybody,
Anny, I don't have any ideas about topics. If something comes to mind I will get back to you. Thanks for starting the post daily. It helps a lot of people.
It is still bitter cold here, and I am also having trouble staying warm. It feels like the air goes right through my coat and up my sleeves, so I have now added a sweat shirt under the coat. It doesn't look all that great but the coat is a big since I lost weight. I don't want to buy another one I can only wear for a couple months because they are expensive even on sale. I also wear layers in the house or an afgan.

Have a good day all
I am very late to the party today due to a morning migraine but I hauled my butt into work finally and so here I am. Busy day for me, I have to run to the outlet mall after work to return some stuff, hit the post office, and go get waxed . But I don't want to deal with razors in Jamaica. I really should get some work done so...

See ya tomorrow!
It is freezing here and my driveway is a sheet of ice with snow on top after yesterday's weird weather. I woke up with my back screaming at me from I suppose the snow/ice/slush shoveling I did yesterday. So it was 30 minutes of stretches and gentle exercises for me this morning. Then a hot shower... it helped a lot. Today is finally my 6 month surgeon visit after being delayed for snow.
B: Herbal Tea, 4 slices Cheddar cracker cuts (couldn't do the cold shake this AM)
L: Premier Protein
S; Chicken Salad, celery
D: Cajun Shrimp, grits
S: Lemon greek yogurt
E: 30 min stretches/exercises at home
