What's on your menu this Tuesday, RNYers?
First - Cuddlduds- they have totally saved me. They have the thin microfiber ones that are easier to wear under dressier pants, and the fleece leggings which can be worn on their own or under pants/jeans. I'm obsessed. I bought them from Kohl's, marshalls and Walmart. Walmart by me has them on clearance in the intimate departmart for $9.96.
Second Manchego cheese with fig butter?? Yummmm
Third any ideas from what you were eating 6 months out? I am on a 2 week stall.. which is coinciding with my determination to do at least 30 min exercise a day. Boo. I know it will pass, but still driving me crazy. Thanks!

I went into MFP to look back to six months post-op but I would have to click on a small arrow for approximately an hour and I can't, I am afraid :(
If I recall correctly, I was at about 800 calories and less than 40 g of carbs per day. I was very hardcore about carbs until I was about a year out. I am glad I was, because now that they have crept in, it's hard to get hardcore again. Different strokes for different folks, however.
A two week stall would infuriate me for sure. I didn't stall until now...and I don't know if I am stalling or just in maintenance or just not strict enough to lose the last 10 lbs to be honest lol.
PS Thanks for the Cuddleduds reco! I will go look them up! Also, my diary changed so no manchego with fig butter...later this week though for SURE!

Hi NY,
I went and did a search back and found what I was eating at 6 mos post op, I copied and pasted below. And below that I found DC Girl (Emily's) what she was eating at 6 mos post op and posted that below mine. Hope you don't mind Emily!!! Hope that helps you out some and you can get some ideas. And please don't worry about the two week stall, we all went through it. Keep up the great work and it will break, keep doing protein forward, lots of water and exercise!

Morning ladies! Sorry been MIA for a few days and I missed Photo Friday! Bummer, promise to post a pic this Friday! Got snowed in yesterday and took a snow day from work. It was glorious, minus all the snow shovelling, had to do it six times!!
Anny, CONGRATS!!!! Oh I knew you would get the job! I am over the moon happy for you! Can't wait to see some new outfits!!
Here is my random list of possible open topics for future:
1. Has your personality changed since surgery? (are you more confident, more out going, or are you introverted)
2. Who is planning or looking into plastic surgery?
3. Why do you think people don't stick to their surgeon/centre's plans? (such as not taking vitamins)
4. Anyone 6+ months post op, do you feel you have a "routine" now? (such as you use MFP, you exercise, you take your vits, protein forward)
5. Do you feel you have a transfer addiction now? Instead of food are you shopping, gambling, drinking, over exercising?
6. If you didn't have this surgery, where would you be right now? Would anything have changed?
7. For those that have a spouse/partner/kids has your relationship changed at all, if so how?
8. Do you find that all your friends & family want "diet" advise from you now since you have lost so much weight?
9. Do you see yourself as a success story? If yes why? If no why?
10. Should we all meet at Disney World (in Florida) and have a "What's on the Menu RNYs" retreat (just kidding, had to throw it in)
Time since surgery 14 months & 3 weeks
two cups of vanilla hazelnut coffee with 1% milk
B: 2 tbsp spicy guacamole & 4 Dare Vinta crackers
