What's on your menu this Tuesday, RNYers?
Good morning, OH world! Thank you both for your congratulations and your work out music suggestions yesterday. With your help I now have an update workout mix that will surely have me dancing a little more than is appropriate on the Arc Trainer...
Does anyone have any questions or discussion topics that like me to pose over the next week or two? The post seems to get more action when there's a topic, but I'm drawing a blank. Either post here or message me if you'd rather the question by anonymous!

B: L&F Greek Yogurt with sliced almonds, flourless banana peanut butter muffins (I used Jif Whipped PB, eggbeaters, and half the chocolate chips - my batch got 22 muffins, so they come in at 55 calories per and 6 carbs - the carbs are a bit high - but it's from banana and peanut butter, not refined carbs, so I'm ok with it)
S: coffee, coffee, coffee - 2 turkey sticks, hard boiled egg
L: the mini meatloaf I didn't eat for dinner last night, sweetened ricotta
S: Babybel Light and a granola thin, maybe a diet hot chocolate with peppermint SF syrup

Good morning! I survived Longhorn last night, including the chocolate stampede! I sat next to a friend on ww, and skipped bread and dessert together. I took a few sugar free Werther's candies and we ate those while everyone else had the stampede. WHEW!

Good morning. Today is going to be a good day. I went back to bed this morning since I was still tired. I have to feed the dogs or the one just lays in his crate and licks his chops till I let them out to feed them. He trained me. I didn't train him. He is lucky he is cute.
I only laid there for a few minutes and told myself get the hell out of bed and get your ass moving. Not sure about any topics for next week. I am sure I will think of something when I am out running around.
B:20 oz of coffee/ Egg casserole
L:Quest bar or string cheese
D:Steak on top of a spinach salad with Panera poppy seed dressing and some blue cheese
S:Yogurt
Vitamins are in for the morning. Exercise is cleaning today. I have a lot of it to do.
Have a great day.

your post made me laugh! My dogs are the same, I swear they can tell time. Meaning when its breakfast time they let us know! My chocolate lab has a very thick strong hard tail and she will stand beside the bed and her tail whaps my night stand, so all you hear at 5am is whap, whap, whap, whap its like banging a two by four on the bed, sure gets us out of bed!! You Dinner sounds divine, I am salivating!!
