CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW I CAN CHANGE WHERE IT HAS MY SURGERY DATE AN DR NAME, HOW I CAN CHANGE IT FROM WLS TO RNY , AN HOW I CAN MAKE A BACKGROUND FOR MY PROFILE PAGE, PLEASE 

Go to My Account at the top of this page and click on it. At the bottom click on SURGERY HISTORY. The edit button is on the side of the page. Hover over each of them until you find the one that is for EDIT and you can edit your information in there. and don't forget to SAVE.
