daily vitamin check in

I'm guessing you are all doing better than I am with vitamins today. 

I've had a terrible day.  Spent most of it in bed, actually.  I did get in two doses of calcium citrate, and my iron and C.  Nothing else.  Blah.  I'm sure I'll do better with them tomorrow.

How much B12 are we supposed to be getting a day or week?  I have been told 1,200 mcg  a week but it seems people on here are taking more than that.

350-500 mcg per day if you use a sublingual, 1000 mcg a week if you use the nasal spray or 1000 mcg a month if you use the shots (according to the ASMBS).  Many people seems to need more, though, based on their labs.

Need to get my 3rd calcium and B12. Probably will wait until tomorrow for B12. Iron before bed

 running a little behind. can take my second dose of calcium in 10 minutes or so and the second multi will be with that, then i still have the third dose which i just might not get in.

 Not having a good day, either.  I've gotten all my vitamins in, thank goodness, but it's been sheer force of self-medication. I'm so f'ing tired, that I worry if I miss any, it'll just keep getting worse. 

Got my morning calcium and multi
Got my afternoon B complex, Calcium, and probiotic
Got my dinnertime Calcium and multi
Still need my bedtime iron.

Didn't get in the iron.  I too slept a lot this afternoon.  Must be going around.
