daily vitamin check in
I've had a terrible day. Spent most of it in bed, actually. I did get in two doses of calcium citrate, and my iron and C. Nothing else. Blah. I'm sure I'll do better with them tomorrow.

Got my afternoon B complex, Calcium, and probiotic
Got my dinnertime Calcium and multi
Still need my bedtime iron.
