20 Month Post Op Update

Attached is my latest photo.  I am currently 20 months post-op.  I am so grateful for my surgery and for the surgeon I chose.  I thank God for this life changing opportunity.  Even though my high blood pressure returned, I am only taking one med instead of two and with a much lower dose.  I eat right, but I have not been perfect.  I learned a very, very hard lesson last weekend.  I ate sugar again.  I don't dump, but I do/did have the most serious reactive hypoglycemic episode to date.  It scared me and my family enough to keep me as far away from sugar as possible.  As long as I stay within guidelines, I am fine.  Thank you OH family for the support I have received.  I know it sounds like a cliche, but I could not have done this without the wisdom, support, kind words that I have received from others who are on this journey.
