Congratulations neighbor!  What a wonderful goal you have reached.  I am 5 days post op and hope to soon be in your shoes.  Keep up the good work!

Hi.  My sleep study was done a couple of years ago and not through the hospital.  Just let the office know that you have a machine and they will waive the sleep test.  Congrats on starting the process.  I am 5 days post op and doing well.
As soon as possible, take the appointment list that you received from Dr. Roye's office and call and change the appt. dates.  I was done testing in about a month.  You can change the testing dates you have been assigned to speed up the process.
Best of luck as you progress.  I would also highly recommend attending the support group held the first Wednesday  p.m. of every month at Gerry House on the RIH grounds.  You will meet a lot of people in all stages of the process.  It is a great place to ask questions and learn a lot about the entire process.  Dr. Roye's office will be happy to provide you more info about the meeting.
Hope to see you there in January.

Hi Erica
I just had my sleep study done-at Kent and it was already scheduled before I went to Dr Roye's office. My PC doctor wanted me to have it when . They Dr Roye's office said it was fine. In fact they said that would help speed up the tests the sleep study normally holds up the testings. (It still did for me anyway). Good luck and congrats.

I didn't, but I wouldn't suggest you start using it until they are totally closed.  My port incision took about 2 weeks to totally close.

Topic: Vitamin E
Hi all.  Did anyone use Vitamin E on their incisions to aid in healing?  If so, can you tell me when you started using it.

Thanks, Patty

I would just have the results of the sleep study sent to them, how can they argue when the data is in hand,
