so i finally found a protein drink that i can drink and actually like. ( yeah i am a little over excited about it). so far i only tried the grape and blue raspberry isopure, but i plan on trying the other ones to! so if you are like me and can't find any protein that you like, give it a try, it has like 40 grams of protein per bottle.

Chris!
Congratulations on the 110 pound weight loss!! What an awesome job!
As for the stall; Some of the tips I've read about and have worked for other people:
* Increase Protein and decrease carbs
* Change you menu around--instead of eating eggs and bacon at breakfast, try it at dinner
* Change your exercise program--do more cardio than weight training (or vice versa!)
* Drink a protein shake instead of a meal
I hope that helps. I haven't stalled too terribly long yet (10 days is the longest for me so far) but I tried a few of the tip listed above and it seemed to work for me.
Merry Christmas and I hope your New Year brings you much happiness and prosperity!

What a great accomplishment!!!
You stuck with it and saw it through. That's so awesome! It's a reminder to me that good things come to those who wait, however.....why wait???

I finally hit my goal this weekend. It took a year and a half! I had really plateaued at the one-year mark and would drop a couple, gain a couple--always staying about the same. I thought that I had maxed out and was pretty much okay with it. I figured the last 7 lbs. was mine to keep. About a month ago I decided that it was ridiculous being this close, and kicked it up a notch. I cut back more on the calories and was really careful about what I ate, and I took the exercise up 2 notches. Of course, now I have revised my goal and want to lose another 12 lbs.--I want the 100. Wish me luck!
