Thank you BOTH for your encouraging words about the Docs. My friend had Dr Roye also and she's done wonderful! I've done my research and Dr Ryder seems really smart and great at what she does..I'm putting my trust in her for something that's huge in my life....not to be overweight anymore and it's a big step for me as I'm sure for everyone on this site. I'm nervous & excited all at the same time.

My only suggestion would be switch up your diet. Eat more protein and cut out any carbs. See if that shakes it up a bit. Also make sure your eating enough. I do that all the time and end up sabotaging myself.

Hi People,
I have been sticking around my current weight of 273-4
for about a month, i am working out pretty hard, I would say that my eating would be a b+ out of an A+, but my body seems to be on lock down, I have mixed up my work out, 5 days a week, I quess I am a little frustated, any word of advice ??

Finally my surgery was approved by the health ins co. I'm meeting with my surgeon Dr Beth Ryder on the 28th to set a date. Anyone have had any experiences with her? So far I think she's great! Please let me know. Thanks, M
