Topic: Dr. Pohl's Staff
Is it just me? Or does it seem like everytime you call Dr. Pohl's office in Johnston they give you SERIOUS attitude. I just don't understand it.
If they can't handle the pressure...get a different job!!!!!!!!!!
Any advice about them? Should I be consistent and persistant? They never return phone calls...

yes I go to the one for everyone. The last tuesday of the month. I started going a couple of months ago. I am considering RNY because i have a lot of weight ot lose. Plus I am a diabetic. I was so upset when they cancelled last month i am ready to get the show on the road. I beg them for a appt. but they said i have to wait for the seminar. I thought I would try.lol

Cool, same Doctor! I have been going to the seminars at Miriam since November.
Are you going to the ones there? I was at the Bandtastic meeting tonight at 530.
First Tuesday is just for Band, 4th Tuesday is combo band and gastro.
I hope to go to the one the end of the month but have to see how I feel I guess since it will be days after my surgery. lol

Not yet, go to the Dr. July 5. Hope I can set a date then, but he may have me lose weight first. (I am just preparing myself for that just in case!) lol

You need 3 dietitian visits. I started my journey back in November and saw the dietitian once then they changed it and nobody told me! That has caused a delay in all my testing, which is now finally done! Keep on the Dr. office to be sure you have all that is required. You also have to attend support groups also,
