Tomorrow I start mushie food, talked the Nut. today and she said I could have started but it was already midday. Said I will start tomorrow. I will tell you the last few ounces of whey shakes made me feel like uck!

Woke up early after a rough nights sleep. Just to find my band felt tight, like I ate a turkey dinner.
Had some decaf coffee with skim milk and it felt better. I walked to blocks after the decaf and felt better!

I'm so glad to hear you are doing well. I had a sleeve done on Friday and I can vouch for the tired. I'm what Julie Nolan calls cry baby tired. I exercise and then I crash. I can barely hold my head up.

Just tired, other than that I feel good. Not hungry at all- have not eaten since Saturday! Just drinking my 2-4 oz of protein drinks and water in between.
Took my shower and removed my tape and bandages, the only pain really have is where my port is.
The liquid pain killer taste awful yuk. I take about 1/2 oz that is all I can stand.

congrats it will be here before you know it. I will be thnking of you. We have the same surgeon. I will go for my first appt in 2 weeks. What surgery are you having.

2 days to go! Saying goodby to all the bad foods! Sunday light breakfast then clear liquids only.
Monday 9:30 Miriam Hospital surgery at 11am!! I am glad I will have my 4.5 month grandson all day Sunday to keep me moving and make the day go buy faster!
