Sorry Marcia the samples were not free but maybe about a dollar cheaper then buying them outright,they are on the link I have posted. I haven't heard of those popscicle tasting ones will have to look into it.

Also, I was thinking of buying the Designer Whey Protein Blitz drinks (they are supposed to taste like popsicles). Have you tried it?

I'm having RnY tomorrow (Dr. Pohl, hello fellow patients of his!). I've read that some people have drains for a while when they go home. He never mentioned anything about that to me. Does everyone have one when they leave the hospital or is it different for each person? Thanks, Marcia

He told me 3 days. I'm going in tomorrow at 11:30 am. Does three days mean Wed, Thu, Fri and I go home on Fri? Or does it mean Wed. nite, Thu. nite, Fri. nite and go home Sat.? Thanks, Marcia

I hate Protein drinks but have just got some samples of these and they taste awesome, no after taste at all and 25 grams of protein in each small bottle. Just wanted to share with you all, the link is on the bottom.

Topic: When can I try Salads???
Ok , I've been craving salad, when do you think I could try it? The guy at work has brought in fresh lettuce from his garden and I'm tempted to try it. I haven't had problems with many foods, what does everyone think?
