Hey Marcia

I sent you an email to your personal account.   I couldn't believe it when your husband told me, but tomorrow is your day and all will be great.

I'll be by either tomorrow night or Saturday to see you and will talk to your husband to see how everything went and will update everyone here.

I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.

I have to leave my house by 6 am to goto work so if you need someone to talk to I'll be up after 5 am getting ready

These sound good!!

A helpful FYI: Make sure you keep the flax meal in the fridge or freezer -flax goes rancid easily.  If you buy it whole it should stay fresh longer and once opened should also be stored in the fridge or freezer.  You can grind it in a coffee grinder whenever you need some!

I made a version of Shari's otter bars and they were good - I will make a version of these too for sure (I say "a version" because I always change recipes as I go!)

Peanut Butter is so yummy!
Johanna - like Joe-on-uh, or that movie, Juwanna Man!

Marcia, I'm SSSOOOO sorry for the setback-but that's what it is , a setback. I, too, believe everything happend for a reason even though we don't know what it is. I totally agree with you about having your surgeon "bright-eyed and bushy tailed" when doing your surgery. I will send thought and prayers your way tomorrow for an uneventful surgery and recovery. And just a side-bar, it's great to know how important your surgeon's patients mean to him. Best wishes~~~~~~~~~Kim

Thanks Jules!

So far today has been awesome.  Since my husband took the time off from work, I slept in until 10:00 am.  A rare treat with young children.  A long walk sound great.  Luckily the rain that was predicted hasn't started yet so  hubby and I are taking the little ones out in a few minutes.  We're always so busy, it will be nice to just take it easy today.

I just received a call from RWH confirming my time tomorrow morning, so it looks like it's a go.  Thanks for your nice words.  It felt so good to receive such nice messages when I was so disappointed.

My angel Sue Plaud will probably post tomorrow how things went.  I can't wait to post myself when I get home and be able to say everything went fine.

Have a great weekend.  Talk/post soon!   Marcia
