I was denied. I am going to appeal but it is a long road. One of the reasons is that the RNY is just as good and it is BUT I can't have that procedure due to health reasons. SO....here I go on the road to appeal #1.
I'm sure I will get it in the end but right now I don't see a light at the end of this tunnel.

Glad to hear you are home and doing well.  Sounds like it must have been a hell of a time.  And Kidney stones are no fun either.  Did they tell you what type of stone - sometimes they tell you the makeup of the stones to help identify how it was caused.  How much liquid have you been getting in?  I only get 40 oz on a good day.
