Hi Guys, Have been very busy with work,since my surgery april 15, i have lost 62 pds. i should be drinking more water, but need to eat more proteins, but over all i would give myself a b+ , i can improve!

Hi everyone!!
I am about to start bring the two week pre-op diet and I realize that I have no idea what to the hospital. Should I bring my own gowns or use the hospital ones? what about the shakes should I bring my own to have on the third day? If I am scheduled for 6am how long do I really wait for surgery and is the surgery usually around 90 minutes? Also on Tuesday I am going for all the pre op testing what should I expect? What kinds of test do they perform?

I'll talk with Julie today during our walk to see if she bought her supply locally or if she ordered it online. (I think she had these at the last support group meeting at RWMC) I'll let you know what I find out as soon as I can.

Hi Deb. Well Ive had some questions with the whole insurance thing. Dr Ryders office has been very thorough with helping me with that. Of course my HR dept is in India and they haven't a clue...but when I went online to research it a few months ago it reads so horribly. SO Im really putting my trust in Gerilyn and Dr Ryder that they know what they're doing when they submit everything..plus Ive been thru so many tests what more could they want!!
