You are very disciplined if you can only weigh in every 2 weeks. I'm trying to weigh in less often, but I still find myself on the scale every day
Tomorrow marks 3 weeks post op...So here are the stats:
Pre-op weight loss: 17 pounds.
Post-op weight loss: 20 pounds.
TOTAL: 37 pounds. WOOOOOO HOOO (THIS IS AS OF THURSDAY, 9/22/11.)
I haven't weight myself since...but I don't want to. I don't want to be stuck on the scale obsessing over it if I don't lose.
I think I will weigh in every 2 weeks. How does that sound? LOL
Tomorrow will make it 3 weeks since surgery...
You definitely need to check up on my blog on my main page... I have been writing about my entire journey constantly (with pictures included haha).

Thanks all, and especially Julie. I sat through Dr. Pohl's seminar in December or January and remember you getting up and speaking from the heart and giving the good with the bad and I knew at that point I wasnt alone and that I could do this. I dont think that you understand that what you do makes such a huge difference to so many people. Thank you
