i tried unjury sight unseen from the website and was pleasantly surprised.  the flavored ones are great, especially the choc and i use the unflavored as well.  i did not care for the chicken soup flavor because the directions state that the water cannot be more than 130 degrees and i found it not hot enough to be a soup but it did come in handy in the early pureed stages to help moisten the meat (chicken and turkey) that i had ground up.  i am 3 months out now but still have shakes if i did not manage to get enough protein in my diet for the day.

So, maybe by the end of the year, you'll have some great news about proceding with surgery....or....perhaps after the TSH levels out, you won't even need the surgery! Maybe you'll start losing and becoming more healthy without the surgery!
