Hey Brian,
Go through the main doors. Go right. Past the gift shop. Next doors on the left. The bandsters' meeting starts at 5:30 and the bypass begins at 6pm! You'll see us all standing outside the doors waiting to get in!
Hope to see you there!

We meet at the walk/bike path by the river all the way down in back. If you through the newport ave entrance, follow the road straight to the end. we generally park in the lot around the corner to the left.
Saturday is our huge LD picnic, wanna come? If I'm not too sore from doing all that all day Saturday, I'll definitely be there Sunday. Call me if you want!

Hey Cathy!
Awesome! You're doing great!
Yes, there's the 'E' word but it's worth it. Trust me! Just a little walk each day will do your body, mind and soul some good! Just start out for five minutes, then six, then seven....before you know it, you'll be walking 30 minutes and enjoying it too!
We still try to get together every Sunday to walk. Wanna come? Slater Park 11 am.
Anyone else interested???
Keep up the good work, Cath!

Hey Eldy,
So glad you had such a great trip! Sounds like you planned things out ahead of time. I'm sure that saved you lots of headaches! Good for you!
As far as left overs go, they are just 'used' food anyway. So, if you have to toss them when you're on-the-go....what ever. Better to be safe than sorry when it comes to traveling with food.
We've missed you too! Especially at the meeting!
Love ya!

Hi Brian!
Congrats on getting your date! You wife is right! Now it's only 1 month, 1 week and 5 days away. My, how time flies!
This is a great time to become more educated about what to expect during your immediate post-op! Meetings are best! Get as many in as you can to ask questions and listen to what others have to say. Especially those who have had the open procedure.
There's a meeting a Miriam tomorrow night 6pm and one at Roger Williams on Thursday 6pm.
Hope to see you around!
