Topic: Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Recipe

I was going to send this recipe to Linda (evndnl) since we talked about it tonight at the support group but decided to post it for everyone.

I tried this last weekend and it was wonderful!  My M-I-L didn't even know it was sugar-free until I told her.

Sugar-free Pumpkin Pie
1  16 oz can of pumpkin (Not pumpkin pie filling)
1  12 oz can fat-free evaporated milk
3/4 cup Eggbeaters
3/4 cup Splenda-no calorie
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (I'm increasing mine to 2 tsp...we like a bit more spice)
1 pie crust

Mix all ingrediants together until smooth.  Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Decrease temperature to 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serve with Fat-Free Cool Whip or Fat-Free Redi-whip

8 servings.  PER SERVING:  175 cal, 8g of Protein, 22g of Carbs, 9g of fat

Topic: Any post-op preggers out there?
Hi all,

I'm posting on a few different boards for information so I figured, why not try the local? Anyone have any experience being post-op and pregnant? I'm settling down into our first house soon and am curious if there are any special percautions I shoould be attending to for pre-natal care. I'm not pregnant yet and don't expect to be for a little bit, but I am curious if there was anything special I need to prepare for.

Thanks!

Hi Linda,
I would love the Isopure drinks and soups.  I don't think I can make it to the meeting, but I could come by your house or meet you somewhere.  ( I live in Cumberland).  Please let me know what's easiest for you.  Thanks so much for offering, especially the Isopure, they are so expensive!  Marcia

hi all...

i have been in a cleaning mode, and i just went through the pantry closet ...only to find
advantage shakes, isopure drinks , soup mixes and more shakes, all of which are protein...and can be costly ...
if anyone is interested in these, you are more than welcome to them... let me know,
i am hoping to attend the meeting tomorrow night.

hope this helps you out!

Linda
