my day..

i had my first bout with nausea today, and of course, it's just as we're about to leave to go see Dr. Roye. I'm not sure what caused it.. but it sure wasn't fun. I never did throw up, but it passed in about 20 minutes. I got to the dr's office.. got weighed in.. and holy crap... i reached my first goal. I'm in the 2s!!!!! I have lost 28 pounds so far. I now weigh 299. lol I didn't think I'd reach this goal til 2 more weeks from now.. so I probably won't lose anything over the next 2 weeks..but whatever, i'll take it. they took my drain out, my staples, I'm allowed to drive, still can't eat anything other than puree and I got yelled at for not using sunscreen. oops. so all in all it was a good visit!! i saw Jay, and everything went fine.. spent almost 2 hours there. Picked up tia and came home. it was CRAZY introducing the 2 dogs to each other. The golden just wants to play with my little Corgi, and she wants nothing to do with it.. so it's been a but exhausting. I curled up in bed around 7 with her, to give her a little quiet time.. and bam - it's almost 10. I feel exhausted. I think I might just go to bed again.. I feel like I could. but i'm going to drink the CL I made earlier, then do it.. so that's my day.. a very happy and exhausting one.. kristen

Hi Kris, Wow sounds like you had a big day...I'm glad you got the drain out and the rest of your staples...Yeah I know about the sunburn...my back is fried lol...but now I'll just tan... Yeah You can drive.....I'm so happy for ya...I couldn't stand being stuck without driving...so after 4 days I did lol I'm sure you're happy to have Tia with you..she was probably so happy to see ya...It will take a little while and I bet she'll be playin with your moms dog... I'm glad Jay made it outta surgery ok... You're doing better then me with the losing..I'm down 23 lbs...I decided that I'm not gonna weigh myself this whole weekend so maybe monday I'll be surprised that maybe 2 or 3 lbs will be gone instead of just 1 lb a day lol... Well its 1:16 am...and I'm still awake...hmmm maybe they put that other alarm in me..or maybe i'm just getting back to normal....well I did fall asleep around 10 but then hubby came home and woke me lol now he's sleeping and i'm still awake... talk to ya in the morning.. GM Kristen, CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU FOR LOSING AND IN THE 2'S . That will be my first goal also. I only hope to do as good as you...again...Congratuations carol
