ughh i ate the whole thing
I feel so guilty. last night i had a shaved staek and some cheese in a very thin pita pocket. I usually get 2 meals from one,I am 5 weeks out and no fill.
I was working on a research paper and not really paying attention, before I knew it, it was all gone. I slipped back into pre band eating!
Do you think I streched anything or is there really anything to strech yet??? Help....
i'm not entirely sure... because i don't have a band [you might want to try the band forum for a better answer..]
but
from what i've learned, i think you stretch out your pouch by continually overeating.. so if you do it just once, it shouldn't hurt it too much. but if you makea habit of it.. then yeah, it can do some damage.
