Thank you NaDene: Ah, but alas....I think I'm running last. But that's ok. I kinda had it planned that way. I still have my pulmonary function test on May 8th, and then I think I can call and make the appt to get my date. I wasn't in a terrific hurry because I'm one of only 2 Claims Analysts at American Power Conversion. And as you may already suspect, the summer months, with all the storms, is our biggest season. Joe and I are pretty good about keeping up with the others work load for the U.S. and Canada, without any outside help, but I'm not sure he could do it for a prolonged period of time.....so....*sigh*...I'm OK with going in towards the end of summer. It just works out well for everyone. I've waited this long, so what the heck. And unlike some of you, I don't have small children that need to be tended to, so that makes it easier. Actually, my youngest is in nursing school and some of the girls in her class will be visiting after my surgery so they get some experience and school will be starting back up in Sept. I really think I will be going around that time. But thank you for asking. That was very sweet. And I'm not doing it for any kind of kudo's or anything.....I just love you guys. And I walk in your shoes right now and I know, (even though there's family that's very supportive), sometimes it's nice to have someone who cares and who "understands". I know your husband understands NaDene! But all of you are very special and very unique and I care about all of you. And I don't think coming to the hospital and making someone smile for a few minutes is too much to ask of myself. I actually owe it to most of you for the support, information, and kindness shown to me. But thank you again. I'm right there for you too dear friend. Love to all of you this Easter Sunday. I hope you have a great holiday weekend. {{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}} Shel P.S.........And I have the biggest mouth in here!! Don't think you won't hear about it when I get my date. You'll be running for cover! I'll be like Ty Pennington on Extreme Makeover with my bullhorn. You can take that to the bank! LOL.
